Snow returns to the West
Summary
An active week is expected across the West with frequent storms arriving, favoring the Southwest early in the week and the Northwest late in the week. Temperatures will also remain colder than average out West for the foreseeable future. The East will be milder with occasional rain this week, followed by a better chance of snow across the Northeast this weekend.
