Frequent storms, heavy snow, and low snow levels

Summary

An active pattern will return this weekend with the first storm arriving on Saturday night and Sunday. All regions of the PNW will be impacted & snow levels will be very low due to cold air in place, resulting in dry & powdery snow quality. Another storm will arrive on Mon-Tue with snow levels remaining low. Yet another storm is possible after that around Thu (Mar 2) to Fri (Mar 3).
